You agree to indemnify and hold us our officers, directors, employees and associates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of use of the service or products or your violation of these notices, terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another. These notices/terms & conditions may change anytime without prior notice.

90 Day Warranty
Our products are warranted against defects in workmanship and material for 90 days from date of receipt. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Our sole responsibility under this warranty shall be to either replace or repair, at our option, any component which fails during the applicable warranty period. This limited warranty covers normal use. All replaced products or parts shall become our property. Under this warranty, purchaser shall be responsible for shipping costs to us. We shall be responsible for shipping costs back to purchaser. In no event shall we or our directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold. Do to our custom built products we normally ship within a week or two after receiving your payment. There is no shipment during weekends. In order to keep our price as low as possible, all technical questions will be answered by email only.

Return Policy
Items purchased from our websites can be returned for refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original, undamaged packaging. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days. A 20% restocking charge will apply to all returns. All products must be returned in their original carton and in new condition, with all packing material, manuals, and accessories. Please email us so we may e-mail you instructions on returning items.
